Tell us about your involvement with FFA. I have been a member of the Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City FFA Chapter since eighth grade. I have been a sentinel and am now the 2025-2026 reporter. I compete in floriculture and horse evaluation. I also participate in FFA Week and the petting zoos we put on.

What has FFA taught you so far? FFA has taught me to get outside of my comfort zone, whether it was talking in front of my whole school for FFA Week or talking to new people. It has also taught me to be more confident in myself and my leadership skills.

How do you intend to stay involved in ag after your FFA career? I plan to work in the equine field.

What are you involved in outside of FFA? I’m involved in basketball, softball, student council and 4-H.

What is something people need to know about FFA? One thing I think people need to know about agriculture is that without the people behind the scenes, like farmers, truckers and many more, the world would not be able to run. These people dedicate countless hours to help provide for our country, and I think they’re not thanked enough for what they do for us.
