GOAT SHOULDER TACOS

1 goat shoulder

Fresh chopped basil to taste

Fresh chopped oregano to taste

Fresh chopped paprika to taste

4 minced garlic gloves

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon cumin

1 cup broth

Sear meat in olive oil and seasonings. Transfer meat mixture and broth to a crock pot. Simmer on low heat 6-8 hours or high 4-5 hours. Bring meat to proper temp, then shred and add to taco shells or salads. Add all your favorite toppings, such as fresh cilantro, raw onions, sour cream, fresh picante, avocado, black olives and goat milk cheese. Optional: Add lentils, frozen corn and diced celery to the leftover liquids to make a stew.
